职业教育课程论强调根据工作流程对岗位能力标准进行探索。岗位能力标准是职业教育课程开发和教学设计的基准。教学环节充分体现岗位工作流程。在职业教育课程论指导下,基于口译岗位能力标准进行教学设计,口译教学才能培养出职场需要的口译人才。从我国口译职业化现实出发,探讨了当代职业教育课程论的主要观点、研究了口译岗位能力标准,并从一个课堂实例的角度阐述了职业教育课程论如何指导口译教学的问题。
It is emphasized in vocational curriculum theory that occupational competency standards should be developed based on the working process. The competence standard is the basis of curriculum development and teaching and learning development. The teaching and learning process reflects the working process. Guided by vocational curriculum theory and based on the competence standards,interpreting teaching and learning could output qualified interpreters. The paper analyzed the professionalization of interpreters in China,discussed the key points of vocational curriculum theory and developed a set of competence standards for interpreters. Taking an interpreting lesson as an example,the paper showed how the vocational curriculum theory could help to solve puzzles of interpreting teaching and learning.
