沥青混凝土路面施工过程中造成的离析是路面早期损坏的主要原因之一,严重影响了沥青混凝土路面的使用寿命。传统的检测手段和评价方法很难对路面的离析做出准确和定量的判断。结合国内某条新建高速公路,在沥青混凝土路面施工质量全面管理中,综合采用无核密度仪PQI和激光纹理仪MTM无损检测技术,快速、便捷、安全地获得大样本的检测数据,然后利用统计学原理进行分析,根据所推荐的分级标准对离析状况进行准确的分级定量,表面和内部结合综合评价离析状况,可有效减少人为因素的影响,比较客观真实地反映离析的状况,具有显著的统计意义。研究表明,综合采用适当的无损检测技术,才有可能获取大样本的检测数据进行统计分析,对施工质量的过程与环节进行准确和定量的评定,快速直观地发现离析范围及分析离析产生的原因,针对性地提出防止离析的措施,从而有效提高沥青混凝土路面的施工质量。
The segregation is one of important factors in the early damage of asphalt concrete pavement. Segregation accelerates the damage of asphalt concrete pavement, the ride performance and service level are influenced, the life of asphalt concrete pavement is reduced. On the basis of a certain new expressway in China, in the asphalt concrete pavement quality control/quality assurance (QC/QA) procedures, the non-destructive test means of the PQI (Pavement Quality Indicator) and the MTM (Minitype Texture Machine) are used to evaluate the segregation and a large number of test data is obtained to evaluate the uniformity of construction quality, the statistic analysis tools are applied to quantitatively estimate the degree and range of segregation, the status of segregation are fleetly and visually represented and the causes are analyzed. The results indicate that the asphalt concrete pavement quality could be accurately and quantitatively evaluated needs to adopt the appropriate non-destructive test to obtain the large sample test data for analysis and estimate.
