目的探究不同基础体温小鼠对2,4-二硝基酚致热作用的反应,建立小鼠发热模型,并研究发热情况下小鼠吞噬功能差异。方法①小鼠皮下注射2,4-二硝基酚28 mg/kg,15分钟后测定其肛温。②小鼠腹腔内注射鸡红细胞,分为实验组和对照组,测定鸡红细胞吞噬率。结果注射2,4-二硝基酚能有效引起小鼠升温1℃左右,基础体温低者其致热升温作用明显强于基础体温高者(P〈0.05)。发热组的吞噬率及吞噬指数均高于相同水平的正常组(P〈0.05)。结论小鼠应用2,4-二硝基酚可建立化学性发热模型。小鼠基础体温越低其致热作用越显著。巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞个数,反应了发热状态下吞噬能力的差异。
Objective The study was intended toinvestigate the reactions of mice with different basal body temperatures to 2,4-Dinitrophenol pyrogenic effect.It also attempted to establish a mice heating model so as to research the differences of phagocytosis in fever case.Methods ①Inject subcutaneously 2,4-Dinitrophenol 28 mg/kg and measure their rectal temperatures 15 minutes later.②Conducted an intraperitoneal injection with chicken erythrocytes and divided the mice into a fever group and a normal group and then examined the phagocytosis rate of chicken erythrocyte.Result Injection of 2,4-Dinitrophenol can effectively caused the mice to heat up about 1 ℃.The pyrogenic effect of the mice with lower basal body temperature was significantly greater than those with higher temperature.The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of the fever group were higher than the normal group.Conclusion Injection of 2,4-Dinitrophenol can establish a chemical fever model.The lower the basal body temperature,the more significant the pyrogenic effect is.The number of chicken erythrocytesphagocytosedby macrophages can indicate the difference of phagocytosisduring fever.
