采用传统手工法确定露天矿开采境界,计算工作量大,无法全面考虑资源开采技术及经济条件指标等因素对境界优化的影响,很难得到合理的最终开采境界。以数字矿山系统——QuantyMine为平台,在建立的矿区三维含品位块体模型基础上,设计和开发了浮动圆锥法境界优化算法,在软件中实现露天矿的境界优化,进而支持最优的露天开采设计。
Using the traditional manual method of determining the open pit mining boundary is a heavy workload of design and calculation,and it can not fully take into account of the technical and economic conditions of the exploitation of resources such factors as indicators,which impact on the optimization of boundary,and is difficult to get a reasonable final mining boundary.Taking the digital mine system-QuantyMine as the platform,on the establishment of three-dimensional visualization of mining model,the optimization of boundary with the floating cone method has been brought out to realize the optimization of open pit mine boundary and to support the optimal open pit design.
