目的 寻找一种快速并且准确测量三维重建肝脏体积的方法,为患者进行肝脏治疗与手术提供可靠的数据支持.方法 首先对系列二维腹部CT图像进行分割处理获取肝脏区域,然后对肝脏进行三维重建;使用拟蒙特卡罗方法在得到的分割图像上生成低差异分布的随机点,然后计算一系列肝脏图像的面积,最后使用台体公式对三维重建的肝脏进行体积测量.结果 与传统体积测量方法中的像素累加法相比,使用拟蒙特卡罗方法测量肝脏体积不仅可以保证测量结果的准确性,而且还极大地减少了体积测量的时间.结论 拟蒙特卡罗方法不但可以快速地测量三维重建肝脏体积,而且也提升了测量结果的准确性.当切片数量比较多的时候,该方法可以替代像素累加法用于实时医疗中的三维重建模型体积测量,具有一定的实际应用与理论研究价值.
Objective To find a fast and accuracy method for measuring the volume of the three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction liver and provide more reliable data for operation and treatment. Methods First, the liver regions were segmented from a series of two dimensional abdominal CT images and reconstructed. Then,Quasi-Monte Carlo method was proposed to generate low-discrepan cy random points in the processed liver images, the number of points inside the region was used for computing the area of liver in each image. At last, body volume formula was introduced to compute the volume of 3D reconstruction liver. Results Compared with the traditional volume measurement methods (such as pixel accumulation), the proposed method in this paper not only got bet- ter results but also reduced the time overhead. Conclusion Using Quasi-Monte Carlo method to compute the volume of 3D recon struction liver is faster than the pixel accumulation method, and it ensures the accuracy of liver volume measurement. When the number of CT images is large, the proposed method could take the place of pixel accumulation method and be used to measure the volume of 3D reconstruction model in real-time medical treatment, it has great theoretical and practical significance.
