为有效监测钢筋混凝土内部钢筋的锈蚀以及研究其黏结滑移性能,设计了电化学锈蚀试验对钢筋混凝土试件进行模拟锈蚀及其试验研究。首先,设计制作了15个钢筋混凝土试件,在埋入每个试件中的钢筋表面相同位置粘贴有压电智能传感器;然后,对试件进行电化学快速锈蚀,并在试件锈蚀过程中对其进行压电测试,来追踪锈蚀对波传播的影响;最后,对15个试件进行拉拔试验,来分析钢筋锈蚀引起的粘结滑移退化规律。结果表明:钢筋锈蚀严重影响了应力波的传播衰减规律及其极限黏结强度。
In order to effectively monitor the reinforcement corrosion within a reinforced concrete and research its bond slip performance, it was designed the electrochemical corrosion test, then simulation corrosion and experimental study were done for reinforced concrete specimens. Firstly, fifteen reinforced concrete specimens were made, PZT actuators/sensors were attached to tile same position of the surface of each reinforcements which was embedded in specimens. Secondly, fast continuous power electrochemical corrosion was applied to these specimens, and the PZT test was carried out in the specimen corrosion process to trace the influence of corrosion on the wave propagation characteristics. At last, pullout tests were conducted on fifteen specimens to analyse the degradation rule of bond slip caused by reinforcement corrosion. The results showed that reinforcement corrosion affected seriously the stress wave propagation attenuation law and the ultimate bond strength.
