目的：评价异体脱细胞真皮基质与珊瑚羟基磷灰石联合修复根尖周组织缺损的临床疗效。方法：选择98例慢性尖周炎病人作为研究对象,随机分为2组：实验组56例采用异体脱细胞真皮基质与珊瑚羟基磷灰石联合修复组织缺损;对照组42例不植入任何材料。术后1周及6、12个月复诊,通过临床症状和拍X线片评价术后疗效。结果：术后12个月,实验组有效率为94.6%,较对照组78.6%有显著差异（P〈0.05）。结论：异体脱细胞真皮基质与珊瑚羟基磷灰石联合修复尖周组织缺损具有良好的临床疗效。

英文摘要：

AIM：To evaluate the effects of acellular dermal matrix allograft combined with coralline hydroxyapatite on repairing of periapical tissue defects.METHODS：Ninty-eight cases of chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.In the experimental group,tissue defects were packed with acellular dermal matrix allograft and coralline hydroxyapatite.In the control group,tissue defects were left untreated.Effects were evaluated with clinical examination and radiography at 1 week,6-month and 12-month post-treatment follow-up.RE-SULTS：At 12-month post-treatment examination,the effective rates of the experimental group and control group were 94.6% and 78.6%,respectively.The effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：Acellular dermal matrix allograft combined with coralline hydroxyapatite is effective in repairing of periapical tissue defects.
