过共晶铝硅合金是一种软基体上分布着硬质点的理想轻质耐磨结构材料。研究表明影响其耐磨性能的主要因素包括微观结构和工况条件,其中硅相的含量、形态、分布有非常大的影响。本文总结了过共晶铝硅合金的磨损机理和提高耐磨性能的工艺方法,并对其以后的研究和发展方向进行了展望。
Hypereutectic Al-Si alloy is an ideal light structural material.It has good wearing resistance for a good distribution of hard particles on its soft matrix.Research indicates that the main factors affecting the abrasion resistance include microstructure and working conditions,especially the content,morphology and distribution of silicon phase.The wear mechanism and approach to improve wear resistance of the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy were summarized in this paper,its future research and development directions are suggested as well.
