研究探索了用共混法制备纳米Ag/纳米TiO2/CS复合膜材料的工艺条件,并采用正交实验设计,系统考察了原料配比、烘干温度、超声分散时间等因素对成膜时间和成膜效果的影响;通过理论分析和实验分析得出最佳的制备工艺。同时对材料进行了表征与测试,包括膜材料表面形貌、成分的组成表征与测试、结构的表征与测试等。研究结果表明:壳聚糖、纳米银、纳米二氧化钛三者能有效结合,形成相不分离的均匀连续的复合膜;复合膜烘干最佳温度为60℃;复合膜表面的白色颗粒是银,与壳聚糖与银、二氧化钛的相互作用有关。研究为纳米Ag/纳米TiO2/CS复合膜材料的制备提供了理论及实验参考。
The technological conditions of making nano-Ag/nano-TiO2/CS composite membrane material with the blending method were explored.Orthogonal experimental design is adopted and the influence of raw material ratio,dry temperature,ultrasonic dispersion time and other factors on the film-forming time and film-forming effect were systematically investigated;the best preparation technology was obtained through the theoretical analysis and experimental analysis.Meanwhile representation and test were conducted on the materials,including surface topography of membrane material,composition representation and test,structure representation and test of and so on.The research result shows that chitosan,and nano-Ag,nano-TiO2 can be combined effectively to form evenly continuous composite membrane which cannot be separated from each other;the best drying temperature of composite membrane is 60 ℃;the white particle on the composite membrane is silver,and it is related to the mutual effect of chitosan,silver,and titanium dioxide.The research provides theoretical and experimental reference for the preparation of nano-Ag/nanoTiO2/CS composite membrane material.
