目的研究野黄芩苷及其衍生物的神经保护作用和脑靶向性。方法利用体外大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞存活影响实验测定野黄芩苷及其衍生物的脑神经保护的活性,建立原代脑微血管内皮细胞和星形胶质细胞共培养的体外血脑屏障模型来评价三者的脑靶向性。结果野黄芩苷及其衍生物均具有脑神经保护作用,野黄芩苷乙酯透过体外血脑屏障的能力强于野黄芩苷及其苷元。结论野黄芩苷乙酯能通过血脑屏障,具有脑靶向性。
OBJECTIVE To study the neuroprotection and brain targeting of scutellarin and its derivatives. METHODS The neuroprotection of scutellarin and its derivatives was evaluated by effecting the survival of rat cerebral cortical neurons cell in vitro. The blood brain barrier model by co- culturing brain capillary endothelial cells and astrocytes in vitro was established for the evaluation of their targeting on brain. RESULTS Both scutellarin and its derivatives had protected the brain neuron. And the penetration cross blood brain barrier of ethyl ester of scutellarin was better than scutellarin and its aglycone. CONCLUSION The ethyl ester of scutellarin can penetrate cross blood brain barrier and have brain targeting.
