采用有限元方法建立了带椭圆形孔洞的矩形板的应力分析模型.首先计算了未填充和填充2种情况下椭圆孔洞尖端的应力集中系数;然后计算了2种情况下沿x轴方向和y轴方向的σx分布.计算结果表明,随着椭圆的长短轴之比的增大,椭圆孔对周区应力场的影响力度增大,沿x轴方向的影响范围减小,沿y方向的影响范围增大.与未填充的情况相比,软性填充物能够降低椭圆孔洞尖端的应力集中系数,显著减小椭圆形孔洞对周区应力场影响的范围.
A stress analysis model for a rectangular plate with an elliptic hole was established with finite element method. Stress concentration factors (SCFs) at the tip of the elliptic hole were calculated both under hollow and filled conditions, and the distributions of a along x-axis and y-axis were determined under both conditions. Calculation results show that as the ratio of the long axis to the short axis of the elliptic hole increases, the influence of the elliptic hole on its surrounding stress field increases significantly, with the affected scope along x-axis decreasing and along y-axis increasing. In comparison with the hollow condition, soft materials can reduce SCF at the tip of the elliptic hole and the affected scope of the hole to the surrounding, stress field significantly.
