射流管伺服阀的接收口形状对阀的动态特性和静态特性有着直接的影响。在喷嘴形状为矩形的情况下,通过对以圆形、矩形、三角形为接收口的射流管伺服阀前置放大器进行流场数值仿真和动态特性的仿真,获得了不同形状接收口的射流管伺服阀的压力特性、流量特性和响应频宽。通过比较,发现矩形接收口的射流管伺服阀具有较高的恢复压力和较大的压力增益,当射流管喷嘴位移较小时,矩形接收口的射流管伺服阀具有线性度较好的压力特性和流量特性,频宽响应较大。
The shape of receiving ports has a direct influence on the dynamic characteristics and static characteristics of jet pipe serve valve. In the case that the shape of the nozzle was rectangular in jet pipe servo valve, numerical simulations of flow fields and simulations of dynamic characteristics of prepositive amplifiers were conducted when the receiving ports' shape was circular, rectangular and triangular, respectively. Then their pressure and flow characteristics, and response bandwidths were obtained. By comparing the results, it is concluded that the jet pipe servo valve with rectangle receiving ports has higher recover pressure and bigger pressure gain. And when the displacement of the jet pipe is small, the pressure characteristic and flow characteristic both have good linearity, and the frequency response is wide.
