本文在微反固定床上对乙二醇进行了催化制备烯烃和芳香烃的试验研究。试验中选取ZSM-5作为酸性催化剂,研究了热解温度、质量空速以及分压对热解产物产率以及选择性的影响规律。结果表明,气体产物主要以乙烯、丙烯和CO为主,热解温度和乙二醇分压对其选择性影响较显著。液相产物以苯、甲苯、二甲苯和乙基苯为主,其选择性对热解温度和质量空速的变化较敏感。当催化温度为500℃,烯烃+芳香烃获得较稳定产率约54%;当分压为1.3 kPa时,获得最大烯烃+芳香烃产率64%。当质量空速较低时,乙二醇催化热解能获得较高烯烃+芳香烃产率约64%。生物质衍生物催化热解的目标产物产率、选择性可以通过调节反应参数来实现。
Ethylene glycol was catalyzed on the micro fixed bed reactor to produce olefins and aro- matic hydrocarbons. ZSM-5 acted as the acid catalyst, and the effect of pyrolysis temperature, weight hourly space velocity and partial pressure on the products yield and selectivity were investigated. The results indicated that the gas product were mainly ethylene, propylene and CO, and their selectivity were sensitive to the change of pyrolysis temperature and partial pressure. And the liquid product included benzene, toluene, xylene and ethyl benzene, and the temperature and weight hourly space velocity showed a prominent influence on the aromatic selectivity. When the pyrolysis temperature was 500℃, the total yield of olefins and aromatics reached the steady value of 54%. And when the partial pressure was set at 1.3 kPa, olefin + aromatic yield showed the peak of 64%. At low weight hourly space velocity, ethylene glycol produced higher yield of olefins and aromatics which was about 64%. The target products yield and selectivity by catalytic conversion of biomass-derivates can be adjusted by changing the reaction parameters.
