调查了国内6个典型城市燃气管道的失效记录,进行了对比分析。我国燃气管道失效频率高,不同城市间失效频率差别很大。腐蚀是燃气管道失效的主要原因,其中防腐层的完整性、燃气气质对腐蚀的影响最大。第三方破坏是燃气管道失效的第二大原因,大城市的燃气管道更容易遭受第三方破坏。引入管是燃气管道系统最易失效的部件,管道附属设备阀门和凝水缸是管道系统的薄弱环节。

英文摘要:

The failure records of gas pipeline in six typical domestic cities are investigated, and a comparative analysis is conducted. The failure frequency of gas pipeline is high in China, the difference of failure frequency among different cities is large. The corrosion is the main reason for gas pipeline failure, and the integrity of anticorrosion coating and the gas purity have the greatest impact on corrosion. The third party damage is the second reason for gas pipeline failure, and the gas pipeline in large cities is more vulnerable to the third party damage. The service pipe is most likely to fail in the gas pipeline system. Pipeline ancillary equipments such as valves and condensate tank are weak links in pipeline system.
