违约金在大学应届毕业生签约工作中有重要作用。本文针对大学应届毕业生工作搜寻中的违约问题,研究了违约金对大学应届毕业生签约工作的影响。本文从工作搜寻的角度出发,建立了大学应届毕业生搜寻工作的理论模型,研究了违约金在大学应届毕业生工作搜寻中的作用,并提出了学生签约准则及企业设定违约金的准则。结果表明学生应首先判断所到达工作的收益是否大于不签约的期望收益,如果是则签约,否则进一步判断工作的违约金是否大于自己的最大可接受违约金;企业则可以根据工作的收益和学生的类型求得一个最优违约金使企业的期望收益达到最大。
Default penalty is an important factor in signing jobs among fresh university graduates.This paper mainly focuses on contract breach problem in job search among fresh university graduates,and investigates the influence of default penalty on job lease signing among fresh university graduates.Based on the proposed model of the fresh university graduates’ job search from the point of job search behavior,it investigates the role of default penalty and puts forward the standards of signing jobs and the rules for enterprises to stipulate default penalty.The results demonstrate that the students should judge whether the returns from the job arrived is greater than the expected returns from the one they don’t sign on,if the result is yes they should sign on the job,If not,they should judge further whether the default penalty of the job is greater than the maximum default penalty they can accept.Meanwhile,enterprises can set a default penalty to maximize their expected utility based on the wage they offer and the type of each student.
