Combined with the characteristics of sudden water pollution accidents, this paper analyzes the affecting fac- tors of emergency ability deeply and systematically from the whole process of sudden water pollution accident, and estab- lishes the emergency capability evaluation index system model of water pollution accident. Through the empirical analy- sis, this paper discusses the relationship among various factors which effect emergency ability of sudden water pollution accident, and the effect order of each factor, eventually evaluates comprehensively the emergency ability of sudden water pollution accident.
