新型职业农民正趋于结构性短缺,推动“人才红利”替代“人口红利”是加快新型城镇化进程的核心引擎。立足重庆实际,进而揭示新型职业农民高等职业教育面临的问题,从优化专科高等职业院校办学规模和布局结构、完善专业结构动态调整机制、创新协同育人模式、加强师资队伍建设等方面提出了新型职业农民高等职业教育提质增效的针对性建议。
At present, the new type professional farmers are facing the structural shortage. To promote the “ talent bonus” instead of “demographic dividend” is the core engine to speed up the process of new-type urbanization. Based on the Chongqing's reali-ty, the article reveals the problems of the new professional farmers in higher vocational education and puts forward some sugges-tions to improve new farmer5 s higher vocational education quality and efficiency from the perspective of optimizing higher voca-tional school running scale and layout structure, perfecting professional structure dynamic adjustment mechanism, innovating the mode of synergy education and strengthening the construction of teacher team.
