在列车轨道安全检测优化的研究中,局部不平顺是影响机车安全、快速运行的重要原因,而当前的轨道检测系统难以评判局部不平顺对行车安全的影响。机车轴箱振动可以直接反映轨道局部不平顺所引起的激扰力对车辆动力学的影响。为提高评判手段,提出一种获取局部不平顺作用下轴箱振动信息的方法,弥补综合检测车和轨检车等检测周期内局部不平顺无法评判的不足。根据谐波型模型和多体动力学车辆模型,研究轨头压陷和焊接凹陷两类局部不平顺条件下轴箱加速度。仿真结果表明,改进方法能够提供局部不平顺条件下轴箱振动信息,为轨道病害检测和状态评估提供数据补充。
The local irregularity is an important reason for the safety and fast running of the locomotive.While the current track inspection system is difficult to judge the influence of local irregularity on the driving safety.The locomotive axle box vibration can directly reflect the influence of the excitation force caused by the local irregularity of the track,and can be used as a supplementary evaluation method.A new method for obtaining the vibration information of the axle box under the condition of local irregularity is presented.The axle box acceleration under the condition of the railway head sag and welding hollow according to the harmonic model and multi-body dynamic vehicle model was studied.Simulation result shows that the method presented in this paper can provide the information of the axle box vibration under the condition of local irregularity,and provide the data for the track disease detection and state assessment.
