英文摘要：

Field surveys and data analysis were used to investigate the Rhododendron （Ericaceae） germ- plasm resources occurring in the Yingwushan Mountains, eastern Yunnan. And the vertical and horizontal distribution of the resources of Rhododendron L. were recored. Accordong to the survey and collate infor- mation of Rhododendron species in Yingwu Mountain, the distribution pattern of the genus Rhododendron were researched. The results showed that 10 kinds of Rhododendron species growing from altitude of 2 000 to 2 400 m in Yingwushan Mountain. In addition, their horizontal distribution presents uneven pat- tern. On this basis, the habitat types, species traits （ including flowers, leaves, and its flowering period） and the use of tourism resources） of the 10 species （including subspecies and variants） were observed and investigated. Furthermore, the suggestion about enhancing the plant resource protection and develop- ment and utilization of genus Rhododendron, and strengthen the introduction and domestication of wild Rhododendron, recommendations about using the hybridization and modern biological technology to culti- vate new varieties were offered.
