提出一种光栅投影测量物体轮廓的新系统,它对投影系统和成像系统没有严格的位置要求,新系统引入摄像机定标技术,在系统搭建时一次完成对成像系统和投影系统的参数标定.通过投影务纹图和成像条纹图的对应关系得到空间投影平面和成像直线的方程,它们的交点就是物体的空间坐标.该方法对系统结构没有平行性和垂直性的要求,也不要求成像系统光轴与投影系统光轴相交于参考面,工程上容易实现图5,表1,参8.
Aiming at the problem of inferior precision and bad maneuverability during system calibration of the conventional system construction, In this paper, a new system construction of three-dimension profile measurement was presented. Because of without parallel and perpendicular restricted condition in this system, the CCD camera and the projecting device could be located arbitrarily. By importing the camera calibration technique and the lens distortion is considered of the CCD camera, the new system has better maneuverability and higher accuracy than conventional method. 5figs., ltab., 8refs.
