采用ABS/SBS和ABS/GF材料成型了圆环状试样,使用了自行设计的试验装置对环状试样进行疲劳试验,分析比较在环状下不同填料对ABS的疲劳性能的影响。从而获得ARS/SBS和ABS/GF环状试样在不同应力下的疲劳曲线和疲劳变化趋势。
By adding SBS and GF into ABS, and testing the fatigue properties of the annular specimen, the article mainly analyzes the influence of different filler for ABS. Meanwhile, by adding different stress on the annular specimen, the article gets the fatigue profiles of ABS/SBS and ABS/ GF, and includes the trend of the change of the fatigue properties. From these experiences, the conclusions can be achieved that when the SBS content is 6 %, the fatigue properties of the SBS/ABS annular specimen are best under the small stress and middle stress, but under the high stress the fatigue properties of the composite are better following the increase of the SBS. For the GF/ABS, the fatigue properties of the composite are better with the increase of the GF, but the whole properties of GF/ABS are worse than SBS/ABS.
