基于振动特性变化的损伤诊断方法,以模态频率作为损伤识别指标,研究了用于旧零件内部损伤检测的锤击试验方法。从力锤、锤击点、测量点的选择以及采样频率设置等方面进行分析,建立了一个规范的锤击试验过程。并分析了引起试验误差的因素,提出了相应的处理方法。试验结果证明了该方法的有效性、实用性,为再制造工程中旧零件内部损伤的检测提供一种规范化、准确、高效的诊断方法。
Vibration characteristic change-based methods for damage detection,using modal frequency as indicator for damage detection,the hammer test method of internal damage detection for old parts is researched. With the analyze of selection of hammer,points of peening and measurement,and sampling frequency Settings etc,a hammer test specification was established. Besides,the causes of experimental error are analyzed,and methods are developed to solve them. Hammer tests have verified the effectiveness and practicability of the new approach,and a standard,accurate and effective diagnostic method is provided for the?internal damage detection for old parts in remanufacturing project.
