For the purpose of centralized, fast review and management of online papers, developes an online submission and review system based on ASP.NET＋SQL Server. The system realizes a fair, rational and operable online submission and review, and applies in the 23rd National Database Conference 2006. Describes three main modules, i.e., paper submission, distribution of review task and paper review. It is of reference value to effectively solve the paper distribution and management in organizing a large-scale academia meeting.
