提出了一种应用于超高速风洞大迎角试验的新型俯仰机构,利用全微分法对该机构进行了误差分析。根据俯仰机构的结构形式和特点,完成了风洞大迎角俯仰机构在几种典型工况下的静力学分析。分析表明:该机构达到了风洞试验所要求的各项指标,所设计的俯仰机构结构形式合理可靠。
Proposed in this paper is a new pitching mechanism used in supersonic wind tunnel. An emir analysis is made of the pitching mechanism by using the total differential. According to the structure forms and fealtlres of the pitching mechanism, a static analysis is made under typical conditions in the angle of attack test. The resuh indicates that the pitching mechanism accords well to the requirements of the supersonic wind tunnel, and it proves that the structure torms of the pitching mechanism are reasonahle and reliable.
