明确适用于韭菜种子贮存的超干方法。通过设置对照、冷冻超干、硅胶超干5、0℃加温超干等处理,比较不同干燥方法对韭菜种子超干贮存的影响。加温处理贮存初期韭菜种子的发芽率和苗长与冷冻处理、硅胶处理之间均无显著性的差异。50℃加温、冷冻干燥及硅胶干燥等处理在40、20℃条件下经0~98个月贮存后,对韭菜种子的发芽率无不良影响。不同贮存条件对韭菜苗长的影响比对发芽率的影响早。50℃加温干燥处理经过长达98个月的超干贮存,韭菜苗长与冷冻干燥等方法无明显差异。综合考虑,50℃加温超干是一种比较经济易行的干燥方法,贮存的韭菜种子寿命可保持到8年以上。
The aim was to confirm the ultra-drying methods suitable for the storage of Allium tuberasum.seeds.The influences of different drying methods on the ultra-dry storage of A.tuberasum.seeds was compared through setting up treatments such as CK,freezing ultra-drying,silica gel ultra-drying and heating ultra-drying at 50 ℃.The seeds of A.tuberasum.with heating treatment in the initial stage of storage had no significant difference from that in both freezing treatment and silica gel treatment on germination rate and seedling length.The treatments such as heating at 50 ℃,freeze drying and silica gel drying,in which the seeds underwent the storage at 40 ℃ and 20 ℃ for 0~98 months,had no negative effect on the germination rate of A.tuberasum.seeds.The influences of different storage conditions on the seedling length of A.tuberasum.were earlier than that on germination rate.The seedling length of A.tuberasum.,whose seeds underwent the ultra-dry storage for as long as 98 months in drying treatment of heating at 50 ℃,had no obvious difference from that by freeze drying method and so on.Considering comprehensively,heating ultra-drying at 50 ℃ was an economical and easy to use drying method,by which the longevity of A.tuberasum.seeds stored could lasted for over 8 years.
