This paper studies the dual-channel supply chain of perishable products consisting of a traditional retailer and a manufacturer,in which there is certain in-transit loss in its operation. The optimal sales price, the selling quantity and the production quantity can be given in our market demand model by the principle of game theory and contract theory when unexpected events suddenly happen and make the dual channel supply chain face demand and production cost disruptions. Then,an improved revenue-sharing contract is presented in this study. Our results show that:(1)the improved revenue-sharing contract can be used to coordinate the perishable product dual channel supply chain;(2)When unexpected events lead to the change of the market scale and the production cost disruption, there exists certain robustness in the perishable product dual-channel supply chain. Finally, some numerical examples are given to verify those conclusions.
