首先采用多屏幕法对止推轴承进行系统分析;其次针对设计止推轴承过程中存在的技术难题,运用矛盾矩阵表、创新发明原理等Triz工具指导设计止推轴承的创新方案,并选出最优创新方案;最后根据该优化方案设计出一种高承载力、高可靠性、易拆卸维修的止推轴承,成功应用于世界最大矿用潜水电泵(3200kW)的开发上。
Firstly,thrust bearing is analyzed with multi-screen method systematically.Secondly,aiming to the technical problems happened in the thrust bearing design process,innovation programs of the thrust bearing is designed and chosen by using triz tools such as contradiction matrix and 40 principles.Lastly,the thrust bearing is designed with high bearing capacity,high reliability and easy disassembly maintenance based on the optimum innovation program;and it was successfully applied to research and design the biggest submersible pump(3200kw) in the world.
