在相同电子束焊接工艺下,对比分析了不含Nb和含Nb桥梁钢的母材和焊接接头显微组织以及力学性能,并对含Nb钢焊接头和母材的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。结果表明,在相同的电子束焊接工艺下,不含Nb的钢的热影响区和焊缝区的晶粒尺寸较为粗大,而在钢中添加Nb元素后,热影响区等轴晶和焊缝区柱状晶尺寸都变小。含Nb焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率都要高于相同焊接工艺下的不含Nb钢焊接头。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of non-Nb and Nb-contained bridge steel welded joint were analyzed, and the corrosion resistance was studied. The results show that, under the same electron beam welding process, the grain size of heat affected zone and weld zone is coarse in non-Nb steel compared with Nb-contained steel. The tensile strength and elongation of welding joint of Nb-contained steel are higher than that of the non-Nb steel; the corrosion resistance of the weld joint of Nb-contained steel is better than that of base metal.
