为有效与充分利用工业废料,改善预拌抹灰砂浆的和易性,以水胶比、镁渣掺量、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量和外加剂掺量为因素,设计正交试验方案L_(25)(5~6),试验研究镁渣与粉煤灰复合对预拌抹灰砂浆的和易性的影响。分析作用规律,建立了抹灰砂浆和易性显著的多元非线性回归模型。研究结果表明水胶比、镁渣掺量、粉煤灰取代率、单位用水量和外加剂掺量均对预拌抹灰砂浆的和易性有不同程度的影响,都是不容忽视的重要因素。粉煤灰对砂浆和易性的改善有利,镁渣对砂浆的流动度和流动度损失有不利影响,但在研究的掺量范围内流动度可满足使用要求,其可提高砂浆保水性的特点,有助于解决抹灰砂浆收缩开裂问题,研究结果为镁渣复合预拌抹灰砂浆的深入研究奠定了基础。
In order to fully and effectively use industrial waste, to improve the workability of ready - mixed mortar, taking water binder ratio ,magnesium slag content, fly ash replacement rate, unit water and admixture dosage as factors, orthogonal test scheme L:5 (56) was designed to study the effect of magnesium slag and fly ash on workability of premixed plastering mortar by experiment.The workability model of plastering mortar was established which is multivariate nonlinear and significant through analysis of the role of law. Results show that the water binder ratio, magnesium slag content, fly ash replacement rate, unit water and admixture dosage all have different in- fluence on the workability of ready -mixed plastering mortar,which are important factors that can not be ignored.Fly ash can improve the workability of mortar.Magnesium slag has an adverse effect on fluidity and fluidity loss ,but in magnesium slag content range studied the fluidity of mortar can meet the requirements, and its characteristic that can improve the water retention of mortar helps to solve the problem of shrinkage cracking of plastering mortar. Research results lay a foundation for further study of magnesium slag composite premixed plastering mortar.
