搭建Shell气化炉及其下部渣池的冷模装置,采用糖浆模拟熔渣,研究熔渣离开渣口后,在渣池上部空间的流动特征。研究发现:模拟熔渣离开渣口落入渣池并非自由沉降过程,而是在气化炉内旋流场作用下发生旋转,并最终由液膜变成液丝。当装置负荷大于75%时,部分模拟熔渣会在旋转气流作用下开始沉积到渣裙壁面。模拟熔渣在渣裙壁面上的沉积率随操作负荷的增加先增加后减小,在100%负荷时达到最大值;沉积率随模拟熔渣黏度的降低而升高。实验结果表明,部分熔渣在渣裙壁面的沉积是必然的。这部分沉积的熔渣在渣裙壁面会发生凝固累积,当渣裙壁面熔渣累积比较厚时,易脱落进入渣池,形成大渣块,堵塞渣池出渣口。
A cold flow experimental platform was established to investigate the flow characteristics of slag from slag bath hole of Shell gasifier,with syrup simulated as slag.The experimental results show that the medium isn′t free falling from slag bath hole,but rotation happens due to rotary flow field in the gasifier and liquid film finally broke up into liquid strips.When the device load is higher than 75%,the medium deposits on slag screen wall.The deposition rate first increases and then decreases with the increase of load,approaching a maximum deposition rate when the load is 100%.The deposition rate increases prominently with the decrease of medium viscosity.It is inevitable that part of slag deposits on slag screen.The thickness of the deposited slag increases gradually.When the deposited slag is thick enough,it drops into the slag pool to form large slag that may block the slag bath hole.
