目的:运用近红外光谱法快速测定玉米须药材中总黄酮和多糖的含量。方法:采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)建立近红外光谱(NIR)与总黄酮和多糖测定值之间的定量校正模型,对未知样品进行含量测定。结果:总黄酮和多糖的定量校正模型的内部交叉验证决定系数(R~2)分别为0.970 87、0.952 09。结论:近红外光谱法具有分析速度快,预测结果准确,不破坏样品和不污染环境等优点,而且不需要对样品进行复杂烦琐的前处理,适合对组成复杂的中药进行快速分析,可用于玉米须配方颗粒原料药材的质量监控。
Objective: To determine the content of polysaccharide and total flavonoid in corn herbs by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods: In combination with the partial least square( PLS),the quantitative calibration models of polysaccharide and total flavonoid were established to determine the unknown samples. Results: The correlation coefficient of cross-validation( R~2) were 0. 970 87 and 0. 952 09 for total flavonoid and polysaccharide respectively. Conclusion: The determination method of NIRS is rapid,accurate,nondestructive and pollution-free. It can dispose the samples without complicated pretreatment. It is suitable to analyze traditional Chinese medicine rapidly whose components are complex,and NIRS can be used to control the quality of herbal material of corn formula granules.
