采集义乌市10个红桃基地的果实样品和土样,测定土壤中pH、碱解氮、速效钾、有效磷和有机质等土壤因子,以及果实中可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C、总酸和总氨基酸等内在品质指标。分析结果显示,该地区有效磷过量,有机质偏低。各基地的红桃品质,只有可溶性固形物含量差异达到显著水平,其他内在品质指标各基地间差异都不明显。简单回归分析和逐步回归分析显示,碱解氮有利于可溶性固形物的合成,碱解氮和速效钾有利于总酸的合成,有机质不利于可溶性固形物和总氨基酸的合成,其他内在品质因子与土壤养分因子的相关性不明显。
Collected peach fruit samples and soil samples from ten red-peach bases in Yiwu city. Then dete~nined pH, available nitrogen, available potassium, available phosphorus and organic matter of soil, and soluble solids, total sugar, Vitamin C, total acid and total amino acids of peach. The results showed that the available phosphorus content was too high, but the organic matter content was low. The difference of soluble solids content among ten red-peach bases reached significance level, the difference of others was insignificant. The results of simple regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis showed that available nitrogen was favorable to formation of soluble solids, available nitrogen and available potassium were favorable to formation of total acid, organic matter go against formation of soluble solids and total amino acids. The other internal quality of peach and soil nutrient factors were not obvious correlation.
