The microwave solid oscillator based on C, aAs MESFET was implemented by theory calculation and optimization of CAD. The actual test results show that the oscillator can achieve phase-noise performance of - 124.26 dBc/Hz at 200 kHz offset, and output power can achieve 14.95 dBm, the centre frequency of output signal is 4.54 GHz. The circuit is very compact and appropriate for IC design, and also convenience in engineering applications.
