二氧化钛(TiO2)具有优越的光电性能和物理特性而备受关注。通过制备良好形貌的TiO2,来优化其相关性能是一条有效改善性能的方式。综述了不同的TiO2分级结构的制备及其对相关性能的优化作用机理,并对今后制备不同分级结构的TiO2材料做出展望。
Titanium dioxide(TiO2) has received much attention because of its excellent photoelectric properties and physical properties.It is an available strategy to enhance the properties by fabricating TiO2 with favorable morphologies.In this paper,a variety of approaches to synthesize TiO2 hierarchical structures are introduced.Besides,the mechanisms of improved properties due to the corresponding hierarchical structures are also analyzed briefly.Finally,some prospects and suggestions to fabricate different TiO2 materials with hierarchical structures are pointed out.
