根据配电系统网络变结构特点和负荷灵活控制特性,提出了针对故障情况下的含分布式电源配网结构优化策略,将其分解成孤岛划分与剩余网络重构2个子问题。将包含系统级和孤岛级目标的孤岛划分子问题转化为可满足性问题:第1阶段利用隐枚举法求解获得初始划分方案,第2阶段通过校验静态生存性约束条件,配合计及网损的潮流计算,修正局部可中断负荷中断量值,并确定无功补偿量,得到最终孤岛划分方案。剩余网络重构子问题利用蚁群算法寻找开关最优组合。算例结果验证了该策略的有效性。
According to the feature of variable structure of distribution network and flexible control property of toad, a structure optimization strategy for faulted distribution network containing distribution generations is proposed and divided into two subproblems, namely island partitioning and reconfiguration of residual network. The subproblem of island partitioning is turned into satisfiability problem, in the first stage the implicit enumeration is utilized to obtain the initial partitioning scheme, and in the second stage by means of checking static survivability constraint and combining with power flow calculation, in which the network loss is taken into account, the interrupted amount of local interruptible load is modified and the amount of reactive power compensation is determined, thus the final island partitioning scheme is attained. The optimal switcher combination in the subproblem of reconfiguration of residual network is solved by ant colony algorithm. The effectiveness of the proposed Strategy is verified by calculation results of a certain actual distribution network with 70 buses.
