油泥是石油行业的产物,具有产量大、污染严重、处理困难等特点。运用热处理方法进行实验,通过对两个不同油田油泥的热裂解实验,发现不同来源的油泥,其组分与形态差异十分明显,从而导致热解结果也有一定的差异。经热解处理后,油泥质量减少50%~80%,减量化明显;通过释放气体的分析,对热解的反应历程以及反应机理做出了初步推测。最后通过动力学分析,得到了一定的动力学参数,为实际操作中的问题解决提供实践依据,从而提高该技术的适用性与实用性。
Environmental degradation and resource shortages have been plaguing us, oil as one of the important factors of environmental pollution, is undoubtedly the focus of attention. Oil sludge has many characteristics as the inevitable product of the oil industry,such as large output, serious pollution, difficult to handle, which make a large number of researchers committed to seeking a reasonable solution. Experiments were carried out using a heat treatment method which was effective and had the potential to be the primary treatment. By studying the py- rolysis experiments of two different oilfield sludge, we found that the composition and morphology of sludge from different sources were obvious different, which further leaded to the difference of pyrolysis. After the pyrolysis treatment, the percentage of sludge reduction can reach 50% and even 80% , the reduction was significant. Through the analysis of the released gas, we can deduce the reaction process and the reaction mechanism of py- rolysis. Finally, through the kinetic analysis, a certain dynamic parameters are obtained, which can provide practical basis for solving the problems in practical operation, and further improve the applicability and practica- bility of this technology
