按照相关规范对海洋平台用钢EQ70、EQ56及其焊接接头进行低温CTOD韧度试验。对试验结果进行分析发现各组试样的CTOD值都存在一定的离散性,其中熔合线试样CTOD值的离散程度最大。证明熔合线处比焊缝中心更危险,并建议适当增加熔合线试样及焊缝中心试样的取样数量;适当降低焊接线能量可以提高焊接接头焊缝中心的韧度,为进一步提高焊接接头的韧度提供试验依据。
According to the relative criterions,CTOD toughness test was done for EQ70、EQ56 and their welding joints on offshore platform under low temperature.Statistic analysis with the test results found that the CTOD data of all groups sample are discrete,and the CTOD data of fusion line sample are most discrete.The authors proved that fusion line is more dangerous than weld center,suggested the number of fusion line and weld center sample should been added properly.Metallographical analysis showed that reducing welding line energy can enhance the toughness of weld center.This paper offers test evidence for enhancing the toughness of welded joints.
