目的研究瑞香科植物紫芜花(DaphnegenkwaSieb.etZucc.)干燥花蕾的化学成分。方法对紫芫花的体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、凝胶SephadexLH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了其中10个化合物,分别为芹菜素(apigenin,1)、芫花素(genkwanin,2)、刺槐素(4-0-methylapigenin,3)、椴苷[kaempferol,3-0-5-D-(6-0-trans-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside,4]、对羟基苯甲醛(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,5)、对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(trans-p-hydroxycinnamiemethylester,6)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoicacid,7)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxycinnamicacid,8)、苄基葡萄糖苷(benzyl-glucopyranoside,9)和苯乙基葡萄糖苷(phenylethyl-gluco-pyranoside,10)。结论 化合物5~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
To study the chemical consitituents of Daphne genkwa Sieb. et Zucc. METHODS The compounds were isolated by solvent extraction, and separated by silica gel and Sephadex LH -20 eolumn chromatography. Their structures were i- dentified by physicochemical properties and various spectroscopic methods including NMR spectrum, MS, UV,etc. RESUTLS Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part and 10 compounds were elucidated as apigenin( 1 ), genkwanin(2 ),4'-O-methyl- apigenin ( 3 ), kaempferol [3-O-fl-D-( 6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl ) -glucopyranoside ] ( 4 ), 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 5 ), trans-p-hydroxy (ein- namic methyl ester (6) ,p-hydroxybenzoic acid ( 7 ) , p-hydroxy einnamic acid ( 8 ), benzyl-glucopyranoside (9) and phenylethyl-glueopy- ranoside( 10), respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 5 - 10 were isolated from Daphne genkwa for the first time.
