BP neural network and Verhulst combined model was built. The combined model was used to analyze and forecast the building settlement of the People＇s Intermediate Court of Tianjin around. The accuracy of the combined model was proved by comparing the combined model data with the results from independent BP neural network model and Verhulst model.
