In this study, a novel recombinant oncolytic adenovirus Ad-CEA-ZD55-ST13 is successfully constructed, which makes use of the tumor specificity of CEA （carcinoembryonic antigen） promoter and ST13 to enhance the targeting ability of ZD55. It is demonstrated that the recombinant oncolytic adenovirus Ad-CEA-ZD55-ST13 can proliferate in SW620 cells, expression of ST13 gene increases in HCTll6, Ad-CEA-ZD55-ST13 makes more cell killing than Ad-CEA-ZD55-EGFP in HCT116 cells.
