在乙醇溶剂中合成了2-乙酰吡啶缩水杨酰腙,并用X-射线单晶衍射方法对其进行了晶体结构解析,结果表明,该化合物为斜方晶系,晶胞为Pbca,晶胞参数:a=1.28255(18)nm,b=1.18412(13)nm,c=1.6958(3)nm,V=2.5753(6)nm^3,Z=8,Mr=255.27,Dc=1.317g/cm^3,T=298(2)K,F(000)=1072,μ(MoKα)=0.091cm^-1,R=0.0453和(ωR=0.0827,化合物分子通过分子间氢键和百一百堆积作用形成了“Z”型结构。

A hydrazone linagd, 2 -acetylpyridine salicyloyl hydrazone, was synthesized in CH3CH2OH solvent.The crystal structure of 2- acetylpyridine salicyloyl hydrazone has been determined by X -ray single crystal diffraction. The result shows it is Orthorhombic, Pbca, a = 1. 28255 (18)nm, b = 1. 18412 (13)nm, c = 1. 6958(3) nm, V = 2.5753(6) nm3, Z =8, Mr = 255.27, Dc = 1.317 g/cm^3, T = 298(2) K, F (000) = 1072, μ(MoKα)=0.091cm^-1 , R = 0.0453 and ωR = 0.0827. The compound formed Z type structure through intermolecule hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking.
