组织认同会影响个体的心理和行为,大学生对学校的组织认同感对其学习心理和行为同样会产生影响.以江苏三所高校在校大学生为研究对象,实证研究并分析了大学生的学校组织认同感现状及其与学习动机及自主学习能力之间的关系,还有针对性分析了大学生学校认同感的主要影响因素.结果发现,大学生的学校认同感对其学习动机和自主学习能力有显著的正向影响;师生关系、学校支持感、家庭支持感、同学关系、专业满意度及图书馆满意度都是大学生学校认同感的重要影响因素.
While the organizational identification of college students may affect their individual psychol- ogy and behaviors, this study investigates the students of 3 Jiangsu universities as research subjects in re-lation to their organizational identification, learning motivation, learning ability and influencing factors. Result shows that the organizational identification of college students has positive influences on their learn-ing motivations and autonomous learning ability. Significant influencing factors include teacher-student relationships, school supports, family supports, peer relations, and students" satisfaction with their majors and library.
