我们提出了一种带有两个环形谐振器的T型光子晶体功率分配器结构,利用时域有限差分法研究了该功率分配器电磁波的传输分配性能.分析结果表明:该结构具有频带宽、传输率高等特点,该器件在光通讯器件制作、光子晶体集成化等方面具有潜在的应用价值.
The structure of a T-shaped photonic power splitter with two ring resonators is presented. Propagation and distribution performances of electromagnetic waves is researched by using finite-difference time-domain method.The results of analyses show that this T-shaped photonic power splitter has characteristics of a high transmission efficiency and a large bandwidth and so on,it has application value in the designs of optical communication devices and photonic crystal integration.
