以乙酸锌、氢氧化钠为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了角锥状ZnO,用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)和电子扫描显微镜(SEM)对样品进行表征将ZnO溶胶通过轧-烘-焙工艺整理到真丝织物上,对整理后织物的抗静电性、断裂强力、白度等性能进行测试.结果表明:整理后织物具有优良且耐久的抗静电性能,且整理对织物的白度和强度影响不大.
Pyramidal ZnO was prepared using zinc acetate and sodium hydroxide as materials by sol-gel method. The microstructure of ZnO was characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Silk fabric was treated with ZnO sol via pad-dry-cure process. The anti-static property, breaking strength and whiteness of treated fabric were tested. The results showed that the finished silk fabric had excellent and durable anti-static performance, and the finish had little effect on whiteness and strength of fabric.
