试验采用"3414"组合设计方法,研究了不同密度、氮肥水平、化控时缩节安用量对转Bt基因抗虫棉品种H318的产量及生长发育的影响。并通过数学模型的优化与解析,以明确影响H318在沿海地区生长的关键因子和实现高产的关键栽培技术。结果表明,在密度30 000株/hm2、纯氮300 kg/hm2、缩节安150 g/hm2的条件下,H318子棉产量最高,达4 965 kg/hm2;模拟结果进一步表明,在密度为40 275株/hm2、施纯氮418.5 kg/hm2时,H318子棉产量有最大值。
The key techniques of the Bt transgenic hybrid cotton cultivar H318 wereStudied in this experiment with the method of "3414" Experiment Design,and the effects of the density,nitrogen fertilizer and 1,1-dimethyl piperidinium chloride(DPC)on the seed cotton yield and growth and development were also discussed.The results showed that the seed cotton yield was the highest(4 965 kg/hm2) at the combinational measures of density of 30 000 plants/hm2,nitrogen rate of 300 kg/hm2,DPC of 150g/hm2.There were highest seed cotton yield for H318 when the density was at 40 275 plants/hm2,nitrogen rate was 418.5 kg/hm2 by modeled equation of the density,nitrogen fertilizer and DPC with seed cotton yield.
