采用微波消解—电感耦合等离子质谱技术(ICP-MS)对不同产地莪术的28种微量元素含量进行了测定。结果表明:不同产地莪术药材中均含有Li、Hg、Be、Mg、Pb、K、V、Ca、Cu、Ti、As、Cr、Mn、Ba、Fe、Tl、Ni、Zn、Ga、Sb、Na、Sr、Cd、Al等元素。不同产地莪术中微量元素含量存在差异,K、Ca、Mg、Mn、Fe、Al、Zn等元素的含量较高,具有一定的药用价值,为合理用药和开发利用中药莪术植物资源提供参考。
ICP-MS with microwave digestion technique was used to measure the contents of trace elements in Rhizoma Curcumae from different regions.The results showed that different producing area of Rhizoma Curcumae containing elements of Li、Hg、Be、Mg、Pb、K、V、Ca、Cu、Ti、As 、Cr、Mn、Ba、Fe、Tl、Ni、Zn、Ga、Sb、Na、Sr、Cd、Al.There are differences among the contents of these elements in different regions of Rhizoma Curcumae.The contents of K、Mg、Ca、Al、Fe、Mn、Zn are higher than other elements.These traditional Chinese medicines have some medicinal value.To provide reference for rational drug use and utilization of the plant resources of Rhizoma Curcumae.
