化疗期卵巢癌患者自我效能感水平及其影响因素调查分析

目的:了解化疗期卵巢癌患者的一般自我效能感水平及其影响因素,探讨可能提高患者一般自我效能感水平的对策。方法:应用便利抽样法,采用患者一般情况调查表和一般自我效能感量表,对山西省某三级甲等医院82例化疗期卵巢癌患者进行调查,分析其一般自我效能感水平及影响因素。结果:82例化疗期卵巢癌患者一般自我效能感平均得分为(23.40±6.46)分,其中仅17例(20.73%)表现出高水平自我效能。不同年龄、长住地、文化程度、家庭人均月收入、疾病临床分期、疾病病程、化疗次数患者的自我效能感水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:化疗期卵巢癌患者总体自我效能感水平偏低,护理人员制定护理措施及对患者随访时应该评估患者的一般自我效能感水平,寻找可能的影响因素并给予适当干预以提高自我效能。

英文摘要:

Objective:To learn the level of general self-efficacy and its influencing factors in ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and explore the possible countermeasures to improve self-efficacy.Method:82 cases of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy from a certain hospital of Shanxi selected as research objects by using convenience sampling method were investigated by a general patient questionnaire and the general self-efficacy scale,then their general self-efficacy levels and influencing factors were analyzed.Result:Mean score of general self-efficacy of 82 cases of ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was(23.40±6.46),of which only 17 cases(20.73%) showed a high level of self-efficacy.The level of self-efficacy of patients with different age,permanent residence,education level,family income,clinical stage of disease,course of the disease,chemotherapy times was statistically significant.Conclusion:Ovarian cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy had a low level of General Self-efficacy,so when develop nursing interventions and do patient follow-up,nurses should assess the level of general self-efficacy in patients,also should looking for possible influencing factors and supply appropriate interventions to improve self-efficacy.
