Based on 14 years＇ data of Zhengzhou city, the levels of low carbon intensive utilization of urban land were evaluated on time series. Proceeding with the relationship between population and land in intensive utilization of urban land, the evaluation index system of low-carbon intensive utilization of urban land was constructed based on PSR model. The comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the intensive level and calculate the coordination degree of each subsystem.The results showed that the level of low carbon intensive utilization of urban land in Zhenzhou city increased, but the intensity was not reached the predicted. It had room for improvement. The lack of coordination between each subsystem was an important reason for the low intensive level of Zhengzhou city. The economic development of Zhengzhou city was mainly relied on energy consumption. The economy development level of low carbon was relatively low.
