目的:观察调督醒神益肾针刺疗法联合丰富康复训练治疗缺血性脑卒中的康复疗效。方法:将70例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为针刺联合丰富康复组(35例)、丰富康复组(35例)。在患者接受常规药物治疗的基础上,分别进行针刺联合丰富康复训练及丰富康复训练干预。干预前后分别行神经功能缺损程度、改良Ashworth量表、Fugl-Meyer运动功能、改良Barthel指数和临床疗效评估。结果:干预5个疗程后,针刺联合丰富康复组神经功能缺损改善程度评分、上下肢改良Ashworth量表评分优于丰富康复组(P〈0.05);Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分、改良Barthel指数评分优于丰富康复组(P〈0.01);针刺联合丰富康复组总有效率为94.3%,丰富康复组总有效率为82.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:针刺联合丰富康复训练和丰富康复训练均可改善缺血性脑卒中功能障碍,且针刺联合丰富康复训练对缺血性脑卒中的功能障碍改善更为显著。
Objective:To investiagate rehabilitation efficacy of the regulating DU meridian,Xingshen and Reinforcing Kidney acupuncture therapy combined with rich environment and rehabilitation training in treating ischemic stroke. Methods:70 cases of ischemic stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation group(35 cases),rich in rehabilitation group(35 cases). On the basis of the patients received routine medication treatment, the intervention of acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation training and rich in rehabilitation training were given.Assessments were performed before and after the intervention in degree of nervous functional defects,Modified Ashworth Scale,Fugl-Meyer motor function,Modified Barthel Index and clinical efficacy. Results:The intervention after 5 courses,acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation group,rich in the improvement of the degree of nervous functional defects,the modified Ashworth scale score of upper and lower limbs than its in the rich rehabilitation group(P〈0.05);Fugl-Meyer motor function score and modified Barthel index score than its in the rich rehabilitation group(P〈0.01);acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation group the total effective rate was 94.3%,the rich the rehabilitation group,the total effective rate was 82.9%,with significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation training and rich rehabilitation training all can improve the ischemic stroke dysfunction,but the effect of acupuncture combined with enriched rehabilitation training on the function improving is more remarkable on ischemic stroke.
