3.0T磁共振肝脏背景抑制磁共振扩散成像技术的初步探讨

目的讨论3.0T磁共振肝脏DWIBS的最佳成像参数。方法 22名健康志愿者作为受试者,使用3.0T双梯度超导磁共振扫描仪,在其他的参数不变条件下,SE-EPI序列以不同的b值、呼吸方式、背景抑制方式、信号平均次数,分别行DWIBS扫描。以表观扩散系数值、质量指数、信噪比、背景噪声为指标,用SPSS13.0进行统计学分析。结果①随着b值增大,ADC值逐渐变小(P〈0.05),图像质量指数以b=300时最高(P〈0.05),b=300与b=600的信噪比无明显差异(P〉0.05),但与b=900间差异有显著性(P〈0.05)。背景噪声以b=900最高,但与b=300、b=600无明显差异(P〉0.05);②自由呼吸和呼吸触发进行比较,两种方式的ADC值的变化较小(P〉0.05),但呼吸触发方式的质量指数和信噪比均高于自由呼吸方式(P〈0.05);③同时SPIR序列与STIR序列行背景抑制进行比较,ADC值、信噪比及背景噪声均有变化。两者的ADC值不同,SPIR序列上ADC值大(P〈0.05)。SPIR序列上较高(P〈0.05)SPIR的SNR、质量指数优于STIR(P〈0.05),但STIR的背景噪声优于SPIR(P〈0.05);④NSA增大时,图像的信噪比与质量指数明显提高(P〈0.05),但扫描时间明显增加。结论 b逐渐值大,图像信噪比与质量指数逐渐变差,ADC值逐渐减小,在使用呼吸触发方式、SPIR背景抑制方式和适当的NSA次数(NSA=3)时,可获得较高的DWIBS图像。

【Objective】 To discuss the 3.0T magnetic resonance liver diffusion weighted whole body imaging with background body signal suppression the technology Materials and.【Methods】 22 healthy volunteer achievement received Philips Archieva the 3.0T double gradient superconductivity magnetic resonance scanner,the SENSE-XL-TORSO coil,under the other parameter permanence condition,the SE-EPI sequence by the different b value,the breath way,the background suppresses the way,NSA,the distinction line of DWIBS scanning.The apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) value,the image quality index,the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),the background noise were used as targets,data were analyzed by SPSS13.0.【Results】 ①increased along with the b value,the ADC value changed gradually small(P 0.05),image quality index by b=600 when was highest(P 0.05),but had the significance difference with b=900(P 0.05).The background noise was highest by b =900,but b =300,b600 not obvious difference(P 0.05).②the free breath and breath triggering carries on the comparison,two way's ADC value's change was small(P 0.05),but the breath triggering way's performance figure and the signal-to-noise ratio were higher than the free breath way(P 0.05).③at the same time the SPIR sequence and the STIR sequence good background suppresses,the ADC value,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the background noises had the change.Both's ADC value was different,in the SPIR sequence the ADC value was big(P 0.05).In the SPIR sequence the performance figure was high(P 0.05),SPIR SNR surpassed STIR(P 0.05) but the STIR background noise surpassed SPIR(P 0.05).④NSA increased,image signal-to-noise ratio and performance figure as well as liver ADC value distinct enhancement(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 b the value is big gradually,the image signal-to-noise ratio and the performance figure worse gradually,the ADC value reduces gradually,when the using breath triggering way,the SPIR background suppress the way and the
